Personal/Administrative Partner to help entrepreneur manage several businesses.

Scope of businesses:

Event Planning, Luxury Wine Sales, Health and Fitness Product and Vacation Rentals

You will mostly work remotely. Proven success with this work structure a plus.

You must be self-motivated.

You must have an incredible work ethic.

Experience creating training materials gives you a leg up.

Demonstrate strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Access,

Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, calendaring.

Heavy on web-based/social media applications a huge plus.

Critical thinking and problem solving.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including maturity, diplomacy, tact, confidentiality and flexibility.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as a part of a collaborative team, to organize, and to establish job priorities to meet deadlines and constantly changing priorities.

Manage customer data base and monthly newsletters.

Manage typical daily admin activities.

Prior admin experience required.

Restaurant experience a plus.

Degree a plus.
