PDF/Word price quote and invoice need to convert to workable Excel file

Hi Freelancers!
I am looking for an expert who can be able to convert a price quote and invoice design into workable Excel files. I have the price quote and invoice in both Word and PDF formats as well as screenshot.
I'd tried auto-converter but it didn't works out!
Here's a short list of file requirement:
1. Font style is Open Sans (Google Font). Here's download link: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Open+Sans
2. File size is A4 vertical. Price quote and invoice will print out on A4 blank sheet.
3. Format and design need to stay the same.
