Looking for a qualified person to do bookkeeping and administrative for Company, Farm and other side businesses done on the farm. The right candidate will be able to adapt to different situations and be able to think on your feet. Looking for someone that isn't afraid to be working in the office or home then be able to jump in a vehicle to run a part out to the field.
Need to be able to perform the following:
-monthly financial reports for management
-general ledger maintenance
-manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Quickbooks payroll
-reconcile monthly credit card and bank statements
-lining up loads for drivers
-securing special permits from each state for loads
-put together quotes by direction of management
-filing yearly reports for farm ie: crop insurance, FSA, etc.
-perform other office duties as needed
-keep MVR records
-maintain good relationships with vendors/clients
-keep HR, health, and paperwork accurately filed
-proficiency in QuickBooks
-proficiency in Microsoft Office mainly Excel & Word
-accounting or business experience a plus
-trucking background experience a plus
-good people skills
