I have a list of records on PDF that I’d like entered into an excel spreadsheet. The info to be added to the spreadsheet are the Address, Beds, Baths, Property, And other stuff. There are approximately 170 total records to be entered.

I've just joined the platform and I believe this project would be a good start for me. What's more, I actually enjoy working with Excel and I do it daily so I'm pretty familiar with it.
