Online / Inventory Administrator

Looking for an administrator based in TAIPEI to manage weekly the following tasks:
Tasks:
- Check inventory (online) and identify low stock inventory for purchase
- Make online purchases of low stock inventory through approved suppliers
- Setup supplier database
- Negotiate with suppliers on purchases
- Update inventory purchases online
- Maintain and update master product data sheets in excel
- Communicate with delivery company
- Printing of inventory labels
- Monthly purchasing summaries (cost, quantities)
- Source potential new suppliers
Requirements:
- Speak / Read and Write English and Chinese
- Approx. 2-3 hrs per week initially with potentially up to 1-2 days per week
- Good with spreadsheets (excel)
- Own laptop/computer/ mobile with fast internet connections
- Able to travel to mainland China (Shanghai) 3-4 times a year (expenses provided)
- Work from home
- Flexibility in timing
Desirable Attributes:
- Some online SEO experience
- Some working experience in customer service roles
Skills-sets:
- Good with numbers
- Good excel spreadsheet experience
- Detailed orentiated
