Having firmly established ourselves in Glasgow & Edinburgh, we are now looking to attract the right person to join the team in a part time role to support in our growth by managing all inbound and outbound calls as well as diary management. Working from home, the role will entail taking all inbound sales calls, as well as making outbound calls to existing customers seeing these through to a successful sales outcome to ensure full diary capacity for the field based teams,.
This role is as much about the way we communicate with our customers as it is about the very highest standards we work to. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in an outbound telesales environment, be self motivated, reliable and with good organisational skills.
Hours are expected to be circa 10hrs per week; however this is expected to increase as the role develops. Outbound calls can be made to suit your own hours; however inbound calls will require a higher degree of flexibility as calls will need to be taken as they come in.
Package is between £12.50 to £18.00 per hour based on experience and results. Full product training will be provided along with company mobile.
