Xunison is currently looking to recruit a Lead Generator to set up appointments and find potential clients for the field sales team. Xunison planned to focus on EU market with alarm system this year. We’ll launch our new product called X-Brain, which is a all-in-one smart home hub. It is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to get in at the right time.
Candidates must be comfortable cold calling and generating leads and appointments
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales person for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve targets
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate prospects
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the 26 counties of ireland
• Team with other partners to build pipeline and close deals
• The successful candidate will be phoning a wide range of B2B customers and prospects
• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 8+ years experience working in sales, sales development, business development, marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and motivate a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience demonstrating leadership capabilities as a manager of managers is beneficial.
• Consistent track record delivering high quality results and data-driven improvements in a metrics-oriented organisation.
• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving Target
• Proficient with lead generation productivity and MS office presentation tools, especially Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Ability to track leads, and understanding of sales pipeline management
