This individual must possess the following qualities:
-High School Diploma required.
-Relevant training or experience in data entry and customer service.
-Highly proficient level computer skills with a knowledge of MS Office.
-Energetic and pleasant personality.
-Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. Applicant MUST be able to think on their feet and outside the box.
-Is open to criticism.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Is independent and self-directed.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Be well organized and systematic.
-Excellent time management skills
-Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
A summary of typical duties are as follows:
-Take phone calls and orders from customers
-Enter sales orders into system
-Work with the buyer to follow up on inbound product
-Communicate with the shipper and the warehouse for outbound orders
-Ensure that the customers are satisfied and no orders are missed
-Make minor sales calls(over the phone) to connect or reconnect with accounts
