Image-to-Word Typing Needed

@manishashree12

Hello there, I can assist you with accurately typing 1-10 pages of image files into Microsoft Word, ensuring precise layout, spelling, and formatting as shown in the images. I have experience in data entry and typing tasks, and I will deliver the .docx document with correct text and basic formatting within the specified 24-48 hour time frame. Could you please confirm if any specific tools like OCR or Hindi-English keyboard layout are required for this task? Looking forward to working on this project with you. Thanks, Manisha

The failure in image-to-Word work is rarely a typo. It's a page where the heading sits at body size, the list indents one level off, or the table loses its column order — spell-check passes it, and the file still doesn't match the image. So every page goes through a side-by-side check before it ships: the image and the rendered .docx page next to each other, compared line by line. OCR runs only as a first pass on dense text, never as the deliverable; the lines it gets wrong are numbers, units and matras, and those get a second pass by eye. Your three questions. Tools: Word for delivery, OCR for the first pass only, and a seven-point check — heading order, bold/italic placement, list type and indent, table order, alignment, digits, page breaks. Time: 2–3 hours for 10 typed pages, delivered inside 24 hours of receiving the files. Devanagari: layout, headings, lists and alignment carried across in the same order, with matras and conjuncts read back per page. Attached is a one-page layout-matched sample plus that checklist — placeholder text, no client material. One question: are the source pages typed or handwritten? Handwritten changes the per-page time, and I'll assume typed unless you say otherwise. ₹1,050/hr, six-hour weekly cap. The estimate covers up to 10 pages; if the set runs larger, the overage gets quoted before the extra work starts.

- Andrew

@zhentaoy

Hi, I can type your 1-10 pages of image files into a .docx while preserving the text order and basic layout, including headings, bold text, lists, paragraph alignment and spacing. I can use OCR as an aid for Hindi or English text, then manually compare the Word document against the images and correct spelling, characters and formatting instead of relying on raw OCR. I will proofread each page, check alignment and the requested basic formatting, and deliver within 24-48 hours after receiving the files, with the exact timing confirmed after reviewing the image quality and page count. Please share the images and any preferred Hindi-English keyboard, font or layout details. I can start immediately.
