Residential/Commercial Builder is seeking candidates fluent in English speaking and writing to use our online process management system ([url removed, login to view]) to do the following:
1) Input and schedule customer service or warranty requests with our general contractors.
2) Upload customer and project files to our online system (in the cloud).
3) Call and email different trades (contractors who build a portion of our homes) project documents, and follow up with them via phone and email to get bids back for work we need done.
Note that we will be testing potential candidates with micro projects in order to find the right person to do this job full time. We will also require that the user has a productivity management software installed on their computer which will provide analytics in regards to work time.
