We are currently looking for an administrative Coordinator. Must have transportation, clean record, ability to perform office duties, familiar with Microsoft Office, Outgoing, and have great people skills.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-At least 3-5 years in office environment
-Working experience office equipment
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
-Must be friendly, customer service-oriented and willing to work as part of a team
-Update accounts and job spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
-Mail documents in a timely manner via USPS, UPS and FedEx
-File paperwork as required
-Office supply orders
-All other Administrative duties as assigned
