Task A - you need to create a formula in excel that will automatically transfer data from weekly report (input) file (columns F to GX) to the format shown in TS Output tab. Both files are in .xlsx format. 4 sample "dummy employees" are already shown in the TS Output tab as a guide (but were just entered manually).
Task B - you need to create a formula in excel that will automatically transfer data from weekly report (input) file (columns GY to HI) to the format shown in Leave Output tab. Both files are in .xlsx format. 4 sample "dummy employees" are already shown in the Leave Output tab as a guide (but were just entered manually).
Notes on the tasks:
- weekly report file pertains to employees' work hours and applied leave during a given week. Hours worked and leave applied for the whole week are presented per employee per row in excel.
- TS output and Leave Output tabs are basically the same with the weekly report file, but the worked hours and applied leaves should be presented per employee per day per row in excel.
- Sample data provided covers 1 to 7 April 2019. Workday starts with Monday and ends on Sunday.
- Date format should be in dd/mm/yyyy.
- Data on the weekly report (input file) are varying every week, so the formula range should be editable.
- Column headings on the Weekly report (input file), TS Output and Leave Output files are standard and should not be changed.
