I need to find several forms - W9, W2, and i9 at the minimum. These forms have to been created by Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro; these forms cannot have been made with LiveCycle. I will be testing all uploads for this. Adobe LiveCycle forms cannot be edited in Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro so I will be able to tell the difference. These forms have to exist in this format already somewhere. I am not interested in reinventing the wheel. If you can find these forms (and possible others like them) in some sort of directory like the IRS provides, that would be perfect. Since this is not a hard project, I am not willing to pay an arm and a leg for this so please avoid ridiculous bids. Bidding price will be a huge factor in who I select for this as I am trying to keep costs down. Good luck and happy bidding!

I have read your full project but unfortunately the project requirement is not clear. probably the reason is there is no example file attached. actually what you are after? i will create form or i will search them? may i have more detail in Private message? I am also not using acro and Livecycle together until unless an image box is asked by the client.
