QA & Data Entry Specialist

I need a versatile professional who can switch effortlessly between quality-assurance work and meticulous data handling. On the QA side, you must be comfortable performing both manual and automated testing. You will receive web, mobile and desktop builds, and I will count on you to prepare concise test plans, run the tests, log reproducible defects and retest fixes. Alongside the testing, you’ll support my analytics pipeline with accurate data work. Typical tasks include processing raw spreadsheets, cleaning inconsistent fields and validating final datasets before they are loaded into our system. Deliverables • Test plan and execution report for each build • Clear, prioritized bug list with steps to reproduce • Cleaned and validated data files returned in the original format • Brief hand-off notes that outline what was changed or found Acceptance criteria All reported defects must be reproducible, every dataset must pass validation rules I provide, and documentation should be tidy enough that another teammate can follow it without back-and-forth.
