We are looking for an experienced with a proven track record, patient, independent, cheery, positive, and flexible customer service representative to help take incoming calls, answer questions, input orders, and set appointments for customers about our furniture products. Potential candidate must have a quiet workspace while on the phone, headset, and a personal computer. We are not sales driven, our focus is customer service. However, if a customer places a phone order with you, we will give you an additional $5 plus your salary for the week for each order you enter. We are looking to start the potential candidate asap. The first week will be a paid trial to see if you are a great fit for the company and we a great fit for you. Virtual catalogs, pricing, and inventory will be supplied to you. We would forward our business phone line to an US phone number only. Must be able to understand and speak American English clearly. I will be available on Skype IM if you have any questions during your shift. You do not have live in the US however you must be able to accept forwarded calls from a US number to a US number. Also make outgoing calls if needed. •Should be able to use the computer extremely well and multi-task while taking phone calls •Should have great communication skills: written and verbal communication •Should be able to handle a lot of data that is available, and all of this has to be done at good pace •Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the customer •Should be able to maintain their composure even if the customer is being rude •Should have good listening skills, since most of the time, communication with the customers is done over the phone •Should be attentive to details •Should have the skill of versatility; they will have to adapt to many situations regarding the customer Calls must be logged onto a spreadsheet for tracking purposes Requirements to apply: 1. Voice file from candidate when contacted Looking for someone who can cover most of these shifts: Monday-Friday 9am-10am and 5pm-6pm Sundays 9am-5pm

I've about 7 years experience as a customer service representative. In that, I've about 4 years as a quality coach, escallations manager and Tier 3 call handler for AT&T ConnecTech and AT&T Home Solutions or ATT Blue as they call it. Now, these are Tier 3 technical support and Tier 1 Sales and Billing respectively. Consequently, I've experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Sales (Inbound and Outbound), Quality Monitoring and other areas of expertise in the same field. I'm also a trainer-team manager for new hires, training them over 29 days of process training and 10 days of voice and accent training for ATT ConnecTech (31 days PST) and ATT Home Solutions. Thereafter, I manage them for another 2 weeks of OJT and 2 weeks of Nesting completion where I will be their reporting manager. I've a great deal of experience in handling customers, turning irate into polite customers and have been awarded the best performing agent with the higest number of CSAT's as long as I was working with ATT. I'm certified as a trainer by two companies and ATT's master trainer from Philipines and was trained by an Egyptian trainer who was certified in Berlits and a trainer from the US on ATT. I can easily do this job while performing impeccably.

Hi, I have perfect English grammar with strong technical skills. I have 2 years experience in technical chat and email handling of US customers. I have provided support for a product Rabbit TV and that is mentioned in my portfolio. I have also provided email support for an App builder software. I am also good at phone support. I have very reliable internet connection and having power backup as well. So there is no chance of missing my shift. I have never missed my shift in my entire career of chat and email handling.
