My problem is when I hire a new employee who does not have much experience in Word they are editing the document and messing up the format and page breaks, etc. If there is a way to do this I need a form either in word or pdf or whatever app will give me the ability to lock down the standard contract language so that all they have to do is fill in the Name, Address, Date, etc. and the document automatically adjusts for longer names or multiple county names etc. The highlighted areas are what I need to expand and auto format itself. The address at the bottom of the second page must be affixed there and it cannot go in the footer because I need 1 inch at the bottom for county clerk recording. Also need a second copy in letter size.
