copy and combine files from one folder to another based on an Excel spreadsheet

The purpose of this program is to copy files from one folder to another and combine some folders into a single folder, based on the Company names.
For each Row in the spreadsheet:
1. If Column C (STATUS) = DELETE, ignore this row
2. If Column C (STATUS) is Blank, copy the files in Column B (COMPANY)
a. ROBOCOPY “SOURCE” “DESTINATION”
b. SOURCE should be a file location we can define but is currently C:\Users\Database\SyncedFolder\Polar Work Orders\COMPANY
c. DESTINATION should also be a file location we can define but is currently Z:\Toolbox Forms\Polar Work Orders\COMPANY /S /XX /XO /LOG+:%LogFile%
3. If Column C has a different COMPANY name, use the COMPANY from Column B as the SOURCE and Column C as the DESTINATION
4. All transactions should be written to a log file so that I can check for errors
