About the Role
As Administration Assistant you will report to the Team Leader, Administration, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver a range of administrative services to support the operation of the claim’s operations team.
Provide a range of administrative and support services, including following up treatment providers on behalf of the claims team, records management, data management routine correspondence and booking appointments.
Collect information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements.
Complete routine financial transactions, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
Respond to enquiries, escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
