Administrative Assistant - Technology
This position would be a paid, part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week within the hitachicapitalamerica Technology department. This would include the following administrative and clerical functions:
Answering phones, scheduling client appointments, and directing traffic
Maintaining schedules of all IT staff members
Opening and distributing mail and preparing outgoing correspondence for mailing
Processing client billing and receipts\Assist with credit card reconciliations
Background in technology
Administrative and clerical experience in a professional setting
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
All work will be performed in our Shawano office during normal business hours (no evenings or weekends required)
There will always be at least one professional staff member present to ensure proper supervision and guidance is available to the candidate
Must be able to communicate with all clients in a positive and respectful manner and maintain absolute confidentiality over all client information
