This position must be able to assist in the process to ensure successful completion of all administrative process related to the department:
Assist with incoming requests, paperwork and information
Work with multiple parties to ensure work is scheduled and completed in a timely manner
Assist with payments, processing and reconciliation
Data entry into proprietary system
Maintain various spreadsheets and work information in Microsoft Excel
Assists with communications and handles customer complaints to resolution Other duties as assigned.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve all issues satisfactorily
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Treat people with respect and uphold the organizational values
Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
Maintain a professional image at all times
Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows based software, especially Microsoft Excel.
