I, and my family, need a VA for a few personal projects. This includes some research and memo or spreadsheet preparation, as well as some occasional transcription possibly. Please bear in mind that if you send me info that is outdated or bad, it will likely end our working relationship.
I am extremely easy to work for until I feel someone is taking advantage or not doing a good job.
I have had great results and awful results posting on here so if you can't, won't, or aren't sure about doing the job please don't apply. If you are already overworked, please don't apply. No excuses about being sick, emergencies, etc. because you took on too many tasks. I pay once a month, on about the 7th, for work done and time records sent to me by the 28th of the previous month. Sometimes there will be loads of work and sometimes very little.
The successful applicant will have to speak and write good American style English. You need to have high speed internet and Skype, although I prefer to work by email. Sometimes I will need telephone calls made for me and so a Skype voice account (or something similar) is required and I need someone who speaks English with no accent or an American accent and understands the idioms of American speech.
Please put your best price per hour but price is a factor so be realistic. I can hire someone locally for a very low price so you have to beat that. In addition, if you bid a large flat amount for the project you won't be paid until the work equals that amount so it is better to bid a low project amount and a realistic per hour amount.
