Requirements for a Virtual Personal Assistant

I am looking for a VPA to facilitate with the following

- reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email,

- answering calls and handling queries,

- preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf,( draft and release versions)

- commissioning work on the principal's behalf,

- liaising with staff, clients, etc.,

- managing the principal's electronic diary,

- booking meetings,

- organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,

- writing minutes,

- taking dictation,

- planning, organising and managing events,

- attending events/meetings as the principal's representative,

- conducting research on the internet,

- writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters,

- preparing presentations,

- preparing papers for meetings,

- managing and reviewing filing and office systems,

- updating websites using Wordpress and posting Blogs,

- typing documents,

- sourcing and ordering resources for projects ( preference will be given to individuals who have performed this task before) ,

- managing social media projects - will liaise with our social media marketing coordinator to execute Social Media campaigns using Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn and Google + ( must exhibit experience of this prior to responding to this job requirement)

Due to TimeZones - my preference would be for someone within the East Coast of the USA. Also must have access to all reasonable forms of communications - Telephone / Email ( though after a period of time the individual will receive their own) / Skype and of course reliable internet.
