Classified Ads Posting Needed

Hi, sorry this is a (redo) of my last posting! Hopefully the same vendors will respond, so that I may have a way to contact you. ;)

I need 30 ads posted a day Mon-Sun in the “Real Estate - rooms / shared or housing wanted” section, on a weekly basis, which ever I indicate. You must have your own proxies, accounts, emails or and whatever needed to successfully post on ANY classified ad platform!! Absolutely, Experience Required.

Requirements:

_25 ads posted in US cities (I'll Provide 2 variations of the ad and city list) and 5 more split between France and Canada.

_You must be able to spread the postings out over a time frame during US hours of 10:00AM EST - 6:30PM EST

_The postings are text based with one link. I will provide the (only 2) ad variations and the cities that are to be posted in. (Probably alternate each day.)

_I would like to pay bi-weekly if possible via Pay-pal once project is completed satisfactory.

I want this to turn into a full time project for the right person(s).

_All ads must be live to be paid, and be posted and sticking for at least (hopefully) 48 hours .

– Flagged ads OK (to an extent, but must have proof the ads went live for a while), ads that don't show up or are removed will NOT be paid.

– You must have your own unique ad posting solutions to navigate around Online Classified Ads, so that there are no Flagging, No-Shows or Removal of ads.

– I need you to email me with a spreadsheet of live ad links (each time you post) of all the online classified ads that have been posted and links to each of the ads you post. I will check each ad to make sure it has not been Flagged, Not Shown Up or Removed. Since you are an experienced online classified ads poster I will want to see samples of your work.

I will start with a (paid) 1 - 2 day trial before proceeding to long term.

I have been posting these same ads for 4 years, now I'm building niche sites and need someone to do this for me!

-Please respond with your (price per ad post, bulk prices if applicable) also (daily charge) and experience with particular ad posting platforms!??

_Ads must be search-able and live.

_Ads must be hand posted and the different city names must be placed in the title and body (for Each city posted to) (where I indicate) of the ads.

PLEASE BE BUDGET MINDED.
