Data Entry for Web Based Application

I have spreadsheets of data that I will need converted into an import template and uploaded to our software, or data entered into our software. This is an opportunity for an on-going service for our business as well depending on how many spreadsheets we get to import. I would like to start with a trial basis. I will give you spreadsheets and see how you do. I would like the turn around time to be 1 day for each spreadsheet. If this works out, then I will offer this as a service and there will be much more work to be done. At first the volume may not be that much but will slowly pickup over time. I am also interested to see your communication skills (written). If you accept I will give you more details for the project and the test spreadsheet to setup.
