We are looking for an administrative support person with at least 5 years admin experience.
Candidate will work from home and must have an environment that has no background noise. If you have children, they must have childcare or a babysitter during business hours. You cannot work in this role while simultaneously looking after children. At least 85% of the work must be done during the business day, while the balance can be done in off hours, if needed.
Candidate must be willing to work EST hours; our company is based in Florida.
You will need a wide variety of skills including: high degree of computer literacy, email, internet searching, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, good phone and interpersonal skills, an ability to articulate clearly with good grammar, comfortable making non selling phone calls, and extremely organized. Most importantly, you must be very dependable and conscientious.
You will also need high speed Internet access, voicemail and fax capabilities. We do not pay for long distance phone charges.
