Bulk Survey Data Entry

I have roughly 17,500 scanned surveys—each just 2 pages long—that need to be transcribed from PDF into an Excel template between May 18 and mid-June. Two or three detail-oriented freelancers will share the load (about 292 total hours), so steady availability during that window is essential. What you will be keying in: • Demographic information • Survey responses Accuracy matters more than speed; every field must match the source exactly. I will supply the Excel workbook, naming conventions and simple step-by-step instructions before we start. Progress expectations Send a brief update each day or at least every other day outlining pages completed, any ambiguities and time spent. That lets me redistribute work quickly if needed. Deliverables • Fully populated Excel file(s) covering all surveys • Regular progress logs as described above • Final self-check confirming totals match the PDF count If you have a history of high client satisfaction with manual data entry, can start around May 18 and keep momentum through mid-June, I’d love to hear from you.
