## Objective:

To develop a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. The dashboard will also include relevant databases and automated email functionalities based on the data.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Number of requests sent vs target

2. Number of approved camps vs target

3. Number of camps conducted vs target

4. Secondary sales - total revenue generated

5. Number of boxes/month/conversion

6. Duration to conversion

7. Cost vs return

## Data Sources:

1. Sales Force Automation (SFA)

2. Zoho CRM

3. YouTube Analytics

4. Excel files

## Data Update Frequency:

1. Weekly Reports

2. Monthly Reports

3. Alternate day Reports (Every two days between the 10th and 15th of each month)

## Security and Compliance:

1. Data privacy and confidentiality should be maintained.

## Email Automation:

1. Alerts

2. Summaries

## Technology Stack:

1. BI Framework or Microsoft Framework Stack
