I’ve got three full years of tax information that needs to live in one clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The data touches Sales, Expenses, and several Real-Estate property rental lines, and everything I can supply today comes straight from my previous tax returns—no loose receipts or bank statements to import. Here is what I need the finished workbook to do: • Separate each tax year into its own tab while still rolling up a consolidated view. • Show monthly breakdowns as well as easy-to-read yearly totals. • Flag and subtotal allowable tax deductions automatically. I’m comfortable working in Microsoft Excel once the framework is there, so clear labeling, consistent column logic, and reusable formulas are essential. A simple dashboard or pivot that highlights total revenue, total expenses, net profit, and deductible amounts for every year would be a bonus. I’ll hand over PDFs of the three prior returns on acceptance. From there, I’d like the first draft file within a week so I can review the layout and make sure all categories and rental properties are represented correctly. A short walkthrough—recorded screencast or quick call—explaining where to paste future figures will wrap the job.
