I need everything sorted, renamed, and cross-referenced so I can locate any piece of evidence in seconds. Scope of work • Locate every relevant file type listed above. • Rename each file on a spreadsheet so I will be able to sort by name, or incident, or date, which will link to the evidence for eeoc. If you kn ow the eeoc violations that would be a plus so i can sort by violation type. All information must be sortable. In addition, we have weekly reports in our SuccessFactors. Extracting pertinent data will help. Managers inserted contradictory or untrue statements. My aim is to show I was a great employee. 2022-2024 accommodations requested started in training and denied, accommodations not implemented.2 023 asked for headset accommodation over the years. Sent 2 identical headsets yet received workable in 2025. Nina in accommodations worked against me. Dominique in hr worked against me.
