I’m launching a two-year study of Lithuania’s technology sector, with a tight focus on the telecom market and, more precisely, on how customers feel, behave, and stay loyal to mobile, fixed-line, and internet providers. To make this work I need a Lithuania-based research analyst or assistant I can rely on from the first questionnaire draft to the final trend report. Here’s what I’ll count on you to handle: • Design and localise customer-satisfaction questionnaires that capture NPS, churn triggers, and usage habits. • Recruit and manage a statistically representative Lithuanian sample for each survey wave, using online panels, CATI, or in-person intercepts as appropriate. • Clean and validate raw data, then run descriptive and inferential analysis in Excel, SPSS, R, or Python—whatever keeps the process transparent and reproducible. • Translate the findings into concise, visually clear slide decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and supply the underlying data files (.xlsx or .sav). • Deliver a pilot wave within four weeks of project start, followed by regular quarterly waves through the full two-year timeline. Acceptance criteria: every deliverable must arrive on schedule, include a cleaned dataset, reflect GDPR compliance, and present actionable insights specific to Lithuania’s telecom landscape. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, prior experience with telecom surveys, and a commitment to long-term collaboration are essential. In your proposal, briefly outline relevant projects, the sample sizes you’ve managed, and your availability for this multi-year engagement.

I’ve reviewed your project and understand this is a long-term telecom research program focused on customer satisfaction, loyalty, churn behavior, and usage patterns within Lithuania’s telecom market. The key requirement is not just data collection, but a repeatable research framework that delivers reliable quarterly insights, GDPR-compliant datasets, and actionable trend analysis over the full two-year study period. I will approach it like this: • Design and localize questionnaires covering NPS, churn drivers, satisfaction, and usage behavior • Establish a representative sampling methodology for each survey wave • Manage data collection, validation, and quality control processes • Analyze results using transparent and reproducible methods • Deliver cleaned datasets, visual reports, and executive summaries • Track longitudinal trends across quarterly waves to identify market shifts and loyalty drivers • Ensure GDPR compliance throughout collection, storage, and reporting I focus on building structured research workflows that produce consistent, comparable results over time, making it easier to identify meaningful trends rather than isolated survey findings. Before we proceed, what target sample size do you envision for each quarterly wave, and do you already have preferred recruitment channels or panel providers in Lithuania?
