Excel Inventory Analysis Sheet Setup

I have a raw list of inventory items - pens & cartridges that currently lives in several messy rows/columns. I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets me analyse this inventory quickly and accurately. I also want a professionally made excel with photos of each item in the correct resolution and not pasted in such a weird haphazard way as attached. 1. Identify Unique Pen Styles: Go through your list and note down each unique pen style. This is the main category for organizing my data. Find a hi-res image of that model and put it in the excel where it's professional. Not like how it's seen here.. 2. Categorize Ink Types: For each pen style, list the different ink types available. This will be listed next to each pen model. 3. List Cartridge Types: Under each ink type, list the different cartridge types available. All ink types/cartridges or refills right next to the unique body type. 4. Count Models: For each pen style, count the total number of models available. This will help in quoting your buyers accurately. And also list the breakdown of what kind of cartridges, refills and ink each has in a breakdown format before that. i.e. Unique body type - red ink (10) - blue ink (25) - black ink (45) - green ink/refill and finally TOTAL count in the end of that single body type. 5. Cross-Reference with Online Data: Use a separate column to list the online prices for each model. You can do this by manually checking the models on the website and entering the prices next to the corresponding model in your Excel sheet. - Only certain models from the sheet are available online. 6. Highlight Available Models: Use a color code or a separate column to highlight models that are available online. This will make it easier to identify which models are ready for sale online
