Familiarity with behavioural questions, STAR methods, and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, etc.) will help you hit the ground running. Because every role touches patient care, a solid feel for healthcare culture and compliance is essential. 2. Product advisory Once the team is in place you’ll switch hats to guide our support function. The focus is customer support, but the real value comes from your teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. You’ll analyse current tickets, spot recurring pain points, and brief the dev squad on improvements that reduce calls and boost satisfaction. Expect to draft knowledge-base articles, coach frontline agents, and lead short feedback loops with product managers.
