Support in Freshdesk

We need an established support provider to provide customer support 24/7 for an IT company. The support is provided in FreshDesk, and no technical knowledge is required. Once the support ticket is received, it has to be responded to by email and forwarded to technical personnel and confirmed, so there's about 4-5 simple steps/emails per ticket. We get about 100 tickets per month and look for a monthly quote, or per ticket quote. Excellent command of English language is needed, and around the clock immediate response is required.
