Remote SaaS Phone Support Rep

SaaS Customer Supporter for [login to view URL] (Remote / US East Coast) Do you love onboarding customers, explaining technical topics in a simple way, and helping people get up and running? At [login to view URL], we’re looking for a Customer Supporter with technical skills to join our Customer Success Team remotely — and make sure our customers quickly succeed and get maximum value from the platform. You’ll be a key part of the customer journey — from “we just bought” to “we’re up and running and everything works.” Your Role Your most important task is ensuring a strong onboarding experience and a great customer journey. You will, among other things: Run onboarding sessions with new customers (mainly over phone/video) Help with setup and integrations with platforms like WordPress and Shopify Guide customers in best [login to view URL] practices and help them get value quickly Troubleshoot when something isn’t working (CMS, integrations, tracking, etc.) Answer questions and support customers continuously (fast, friendly, and solution-oriented) Work closely with the product team and share customer feedback Create structure and improve our onboarding materials over time Location & Time Zone This is a remote position You must be located on the US East Coast (Eastern Time / ET) You’ll work closely with our team in Denmark (CET / 5–6 hours ahead), so daily time overlap is essential We’re Looking For You Who… We’re not necessarily looking for a “classic support agent” — but a web-savvy person who thrives in a role where you both help, explain, and drive the process forward.
