The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a US or NZ phone number with WhatsApp, and a genuine passion for crafting unforgettable New Zealand travel experiences—whether by customizing our existing itineraries or designing fully tailored trips from scratch. Main Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (MS Outlook using our company email ID). - Handle incoming calls from the US and other regions (US or NZ phone number required). - Provide clear, accurate information about our tour products across all communication channels. - Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and secure bookings. - Assist clients with itinerary details, booking processes, and general travel questions. - Develop strong knowledge of our itineraries, attractions, and New Zealand travel essentials to offer confident, informed guidance. - Maintain a friendly, customer-focused tone in every interaction. Requirements - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (must be installed on your PC). - A US-based phone number with WhatsApp for client communication during US business hours. - Passion for travel and itinerary planning. - Willingness to learn about New Zealand and our tour products. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to respond quickly and reliably during US/NZ business hours.
