I am looking for a dedicated customer support representative to be available to answer support tickets via our Freshdesk account for our marketing product launch starting 11am EST Tuesday Jan 10th until Sunday 11:59 PM EST.
You would need to be available during the day (ideally 10am EST until 6pm EST) and available to answer many tickets between the hours of 11am EST to 9 pm EST Tuesday the 10th.
This is for a JVzoo product launch so if you have experience with this type of launch please let me know. You would be answering basic support questions like where the login information is, where to register for the product, and providing refunds.
