We're looking for a superstar upbeat freelancer to assist us in serving our community. We're a personal development company, so it's important that the candidate is passionate with self-development etc.
Some of the tasks will involve:
1. Responding to Emails, cancellation requests, customer queries via Zendesk
2. Payment Failures and Follow-ups with Customers to Collect Monies Owed (Stripe/Paypal).
4. Community Management - Engagement in our Facebook Group, Encouraging all members, responding to posts. Responding to Instagram comments.
