Take all customer service inquiries and mediate them with our company culture and warmth.
Correspond with the Creative Director for dealing and clarity until such time as you have an understanding of the correct procedures.
Communication on Skype, WeChat or WhatsApp with the creative director on a minute-to-minute basis.
Meetings every day to start leading on to weekly.
Good time management skills and efficiency.
Excellent English writing spelling and grammar.
Initiative in the role will see more work and better working circumstances.
Excellent computer skills.
An understanding of Shopify and the back end.
An understanding of emails, Omnisend and all popular media outlets like Instagram and TokTok.
A great attitude to working and not taking negative emotions on to yourself.
Learns Quickly and good memory.
