e are starting a website and we need a few customer service representatives to respond to our customer's questions promptly (in English). The person should be able to work approximately 9-17 hours in CET time zone. The schedule is quite tight, we would like to have this person available on Fri.
Initially the person would get a marginal compensation for being available online, so that when a customer arrives, they will be there ready. They don’t really need to be doing anything at this time, apart from being available. For the time when they chat with a customer, the pay would be higher.
