I am a recruiter for top fortune 500 companies and am looking to fill jobs immediately. The position I am looking to fill is for customer service call center agents; working from home. • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
