We are looking for a company to manage online support for our web (browser-based) games. Job requirements may include responding to e-mail, online support tickets, forum posts, and live chat. No telephone support is required.
If possible, we would like to work with a professional company (Philippines, India, etc.) who will be able to assign and manage full-time customer service representatives for us. Our support system needs to be operated 24/7 and we anticipate at this point a requirement of 2 people per shift, however, we expect this to rapidly expand in the near future.
Customer service personnel are expected to have a fair understanding of online games including English vocabulary which may be used in these online games (strategy, RPG, etc.). A large portion of the customer support team's job will be responding to technical questions regarding our games. Information and training regarding the games will be provided to you, but it is imperative you are quick learners!
Written English skills must be impeccable for this position! If you are not fully confident in your team's English abilities, please do not apply for this position!
Again, we are looking for a professional customer support / outsourcing company to work with and not scattered freelancers. Depending on how this project goes, there is a great deal of potential for long-term cooperation and expanded growth!
