I am a professional who supports my customers in the following areas:
graphic design and printing
website development and maintenance
computer technical support
This is a long term permanent job with growth potential. You will be working directly with me, my customers and my programmer. I am looking for an individual to assist me in following up on email request for my various support areas, scheduling request, creating support tickets, pricing requests, and sending job submissions and create my appointment and design schedule. You will answer approximately 30 phone calls per week. You must be familiar with softphones and have a DSL connection.
Working Days Range: Mon to Fri
Working Hours Range: 9am - 6pm USA Eastern Time Zone
IMPORTANT: You must always be available online and ready for our next project or task during your "Working Days & Hours Range". This is because customer will contact you any time via Telephone or email when we have a project or task for you which requires your immediate attention.
Our budget is $50 to $100 + Internet and Telephone $30 additional
1) You must be excellent in English, friendly, polite and patient with absolutely great customer service.
2) You must have passion in encouraging customers to make an order (good marketing skills is an advantage).
3) You must have passion in communicating about Telecommunication Products
4) Customer support experience is necessary)
5) You must attend to all enquiries in a timely manner.

I will provide the headphones for successful person and be familiar making incoming and outgoing calls via softphones.
