Customer service personnel required to attend the calls from your place/country. Calls will be redirected to your PC. You may have 1 hour work effort per day but you have to be available for 8 hours (SGT Time) to receive/ make calls.
- Answer the calls from customer
- Make calls to customer and fix up the appointment
- Doing office administrative duties
- Finding out information from the internet etc...
- Excellent English proficiency (Spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS office, word, excel, power point)
- Able to use the in-house developed software. (Training will be provided)
- Call center experience preferred
- PC with broadband internet connection required
Please quote your rate on Monthly or weekly basis.
