I am looking for virtual assistants to help with various administrative tasks for my business. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling administrative duties and be able to work independently. Tasks will include: - Data entry and management - Email and calendar management - Creating and updating spreadsheets - Researching and compiling information - Scheduling appointments and meetings I anticipate needing assistance for 10-20 hours per week, but this may vary depending on workload. The virtual assistant should be able to commit to this time frame and be flexible with their availability. As for the time zone, any time zone is fine as long as the virtual assistant is able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively. It is important that they are responsive and available to collaborate during regular business hours. Skills and experience required: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
