I’m in the final stages of opening an indoor golf simulator venue with a relaxed café-bar and need a Personal Licence holder who can be named as the Designated Premises Supervisor for two to three weeks while the local authority processes my full premises licence. Because the space will host launch parties, corporate bookings and other special-event style gatherings, I’m keen to work with someone who already understands the additional compliance and crowd-management nuances that come with event-led operations. To keep everything straightforward, I’ll file the DPS variation myself as soon as we agree, then switch the licence back to me once approval is granted. You simply remain available during that window should the council or police licensing team have any routine questions. Deliverables: • Copy of a valid Personal Alcohol Licence • Signed consent form to be named as DPS on my application • Availability for brief calls/emails from authorities during the 2–3 week period That’s it—no on-site shifts unless you’d like to drop by and check out the new simulator lounge. If you’ve previously supervised pop-ups, festivals or other short-term special events, please mention it when you reply so I can fast-track the paperwork.
