Je recherche une personne capable d’assurer un support client en français ainsi qu’en chinois traditionnel de Hong Kong, en mandarin et en hakka. Votre mission principale sera de répondre aux demandes entrantes téléphone et de garantir une communication claire et professionnelle entre notre équipe francophone et nos clients sinophones. Tâches clés : • Diagnostiquer les questions ou problèmes soumis par les clients et y répondre précisément. • Traduire ou reformuler, au besoin, les informations techniques ou commerciales entre le français et les trois variantes de chinois mentionnées. • Consigner chaque interaction dans notre outil helpdesk et suivre les tickets jusqu’à leur clôture. • Remonter les points récurrents ou critiques à l’équipe interne. Profil souhaité : • Maîtrise écrite et orale du français, du cantonais traditionnel de Hong Kong, du mandarin et du hakka. • Expérience préalable en support client ou helpdesk. • Aisance avec les outils de ticketing (Zendesk, Freshdesk ou équivalent). • Sens du détail, réactivité et attitude orientée solutions. Livrables attendus : 1. Gestion quotidienne des tickets avec un taux de réponse dans les délais convenus. 2. Rapports hebdomadaires synthétisant les problèmes rencontrés et les actions menées.
