I need a native Spanish speaker from Latin America who can cover both live-chat and phone inquiries with equal dedication. The work is fully remote and spans 48 hours each week, with the first week serving as a paid trial so we can be sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s the workflow you’ll follow: • Greet customers in Spanish, clarify their questions, and resolve issues through our chat console and VoIP line. • Adhere to the simple scripts and step-by-step guidelines I’ll provide. • Keep a concise activity log at the end of each shift so we can track resolved cases and any follow-ups. What I’m looking for: • Native-level Spanish from a Latin American country. • Clear, friendly speaking voice and solid written grammar. • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for calls. • Consistent availability for the agreed 48 hours per week. • Prior customer-support experience is a plus, but drive and professionalism matter more.
