Remote Zendesk Support Representative

I run a small online business but, with a toddler at home, I can’t stay glued to the support desk all day. I’m looking for someone who can step in remotely and keep our customers happy through Zendesk. Here’s how I picture the collaboration working: • You log in to our Zendesk instance, handle incoming tickets, live-chat inquiries and the occasional follow-up email. • Tone is friendly, patient and solution-oriented; Romanian and English messages appear daily, so solid writing skills in both are important. • I’ll provide brand guidelines, macros and a short knowledge-base. During your first week we’ll have a video walkthrough so you feel comfortable before replying on your own.
