Our boutique brokerage is growing quickly and I need a hands-on Operations Manager who can keep the engine running every single day. You will be the very first voice our agents, prospects, and third-party partners hear, so confidence on the phone and a talent for clear, friendly written communication are essential. Day-to-day focus • Lead generation – You’ll balance cold calling, targeted email marketing campaigns, and consistent social-media outreach to keep our pipeline full. • Client communication – Field incoming questions from new and existing clients, then relay concise deal updates to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. I’ll supply the prospect lists, CRM access, and brand guidelines; you bring the discipline to follow up, log every touchpoint, and surface opportunities the moment they appear. Key deliverables 1. Daily contact log inside the CRM with notes and next actions. 2. Weekly summary report showing leads sourced by channel and status changes. 3. Real-time client update tracker visible to the team.
