I need support contacting 140 of our policyholders in Poland by phone. This is a short project expected to run for approximately one week. You will receive: A contact list with phone numbers A flexible script covering the key points about an administrative change and new payment instructions A simple tracker to log each conversation Your responsibilities: Call clients during Polish business hours Clearly explain the information provided Adapt the wording naturally so the client feels comfortable Record the outcome for every number, including: – Whether you spoke with the client or left a voicemail – Any questions or concerns raised – Any updated contact details provided Requirements: Fluent Polish with a professional and friendly phone manner Good English for communication with our team Ability to provide daily progress updates Delivery of a complete call log at the end of the project
